Distribution:

Besides the type locality in Turkmenistan, the species has recently been found also in northern Iran, at a height of 1300 m a.s.l. (Kurz & Kurz 2012).

Biology:

Ivinskis (1989) found the species at the shore of the river Aiderinka, where the animals came to a mercury-vapour lamp at night. The animals are on the wing from early May (Ivinskis 1989) till mid June (Kurz & Kurz 2012).
