Distribution:

The species is known only from the type locality in South Africa, Mpumalanga Province, in the Drakensberg Ranges (Gibbs & Kristensen 2011), in a height of appr. 1680 m a.s.l. (Kurz & Kurz 2020).

Biology:

The imagines are on the wing in January (Kurz & Kurz 2020).
